The Beauty Brand is the brainchild of Maureen Grobler, image coach and makeup artist, linking together a host of products, services and suppliers that develop client’s beauty and brand and ultimately unlocks self-confidence.

THE IDEA
“The Beauty Brand exists today as a vehicle for my most valuable product: self-confidence.
 
After having worked in the beauty industry for many years, I reached a place where I could no longer tolerate the superficial side of my work. I could do your makeup and dress you to the nines, but if you don’t have confidence in yourself, how you look will not change how you feel.
 
I asked myself: “What makes people unforgettable?” and how do I use my experiences and skills to show women the road to real authentic value.
 
I love the fact that I can use my make-up artistry and image coaching to redefine beauty as a brand that is unique to every client. I do what I love and fuel my creativity, but moreover, I help unlock potential, producing powerful women who can change nations and states instead of obsessing over scales and wrinkles.
Yes, of course, the way we present ourselves to the world is essential to how the world responds to us, and that is why we are here, as stewards, helping you on this quest of self-discovery.

PREPARATION/SKILLS LEARNED
With a career journey of more than twenty years, I have travelled through corporate terrain as facilities manager, events manager, conference manager and organizer, operations, logistics and executive assistant. With a work ethic second to none, I take up any task with fierce loyalty, passion and meticulous attention to detail until completed. Six years ago I decided to become the mistress of my own destiny and started an image consulting and make-up artistry consultation service.  My latest endeavour is the outcome of intimate encounters with the image industry and my drive to offer something more than make-up that is just skin deep. Having worked with the famous and the fabulous to the man and woman in the street, it seems all of these clients where searching one thing – confidence, born out of deep authenticity. I have the significant privilege of working in people’s personal space, looking into their eyes and hearing their hearts worries, desires and dreams. I have used the experience and stories to craft a consultation style, service and products that is differentiated by compassion, empathy and the vision of potential within each individual.
